1. Service and eligibility
My Play Link lets creators publish Smart Links, configure destination and contact buttons, review analytics, and use optional Pro features. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; the service is not designed for children under 13. Using the service must comply with applicable law.
2. Your account and security
You are responsible for the email address associated with your account, protecting verification codes, activity under your account and ensuring submitted information is accurate. Do not share login or account-deletion codes. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate credible abuse.
3. Creator content and responsibility
You are responsible for the names, artwork, cover images, photographs, logos, descriptions, contact information and external destinations you publish through My Play Link. You must have the rights, permissions and lawful authority necessary to use them, and you must not impersonate another person or falsely imply affiliation or endorsement. You keep any rights you lawfully hold in your content. You grant My Play Link a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display, resize and deliver content you submit solely to operate and promote your published Smart Link within the service. Linking to a song or other content on an external platform does not mean My Play Link distributes or hosts that song or guarantees that you own its rights.
4. Third-party destinations
My Play Link is a linking and analytics service. We do not operate linked music, social, streaming, payment, contact or messaging platforms, and we do not guarantee their availability, content, transactions or outcomes. A button click does not establish a completed purchase, phone call, WhatsApp message or music stream.
5. Email Collection and subscriber responsibility
Creators may collect verified subscribers only for the purpose explained to the subscriber and within the permission received. Creators are responsible for their subsequent messages, including lawful consent, identification, unsubscribe options and honoring requests to stop contact or delete data. You must not upload purchased or scraped addresses, send spam, impersonate a sender, or disclose or sell subscriber information without lawful authorization. My Play Link provides verification and list-management tools; those tools do not authorize unlawful campaigns.
6. Pro and payments
The optional Pro plan is $9.99 USD per month and renews until canceled. The amount, applicable taxes and recurring billing terms are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Account holders can manage or cancel their subscription through the billing portal. See our Pro & Billing Terms. Paid tools depend on subscription status and availability.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use My Play Link to publish material or cover artwork without permission; impersonate another creator or brand; distribute fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, harassing or infringing content; direct visitors to phishing, malware or other unsafe destinations; send spam or misuse subscriber email lists; manipulate analytics; scrape information without authorization; or bypass plan limits, security controls or service safeguards.
8. Removal, suspension and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and, when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, remove content, disable a Smart Link, restrict features, suspend an account or permanently terminate access. Serious threats such as fraud, phishing, malware or unlawful activity may require immediate action. We may give notice and a reason when practical and legally appropriate, but may act without advance notice when needed to protect visitors, rights holders or the service. Affected users may contact us to seek review of a decision. Reports concerning unauthorized images, copyrighted works, impersonation, dangerous destinations or email abuse may be sent to ; please identify the Smart Link and explain the concern. Copyright complaints and any counter-notices will be handled under applicable law. We may maintain a policy to address repeat infringement where required. Removing an account does not automatically reverse completed payments or waive rights required by law.
9. Service limitations
My Play Link is a Smart Link service, not a music distributor, streaming provider or guarantor of third-party content. The service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particular audience growth, streams, purchases or business results. Users remain responsible for the material they publish and their conduct. Any limitations or disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; statutory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes, cancellation and disputes
We may update service features and these terms, giving notice when required by law. Creators may request account deletion using Settings. If you have an active Pro subscription, use the subscription management flow to stop recurring charges. Disputes and consumer rights are governed by applicable law; nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be waived.
