Add a cover image, title, artist or creator name, and an optional short bio.
Add music, streams, community, social, and custom links, including Spotify, Twitch, Kick, and Discord. Drag to reorder; on mobile, press and hold the drag handle. Turn links on or off anytime.
The Builder shows a mobile-style preview. Open Link displays your published link in a layout that adapts to the visitor's screen, on mobile or desktop.
If you're not signed in, use the 6-digit email code to save and publish. Codes expire after 10 minutes. For security, wait at least 60 seconds before requesting another.
Edit, preview, open, copy, or view analytics for every Smart Link from your dashboard.
My Play Link counts outbound destination clicks. A click to Spotify, Apple Music, or another service is not reported as a stream or play.
Pro adds one custom subdomain, one Meta Pixel connection, Verification Badge, and Advanced Analytics while keeping the same clean Smart Link experience.
Keep your domain with your current provider. You choose the subdomain name; My Play Link gives you the CNAME destination. The examples below are fictional, not your account settings.
CNAMENAME / HOSTstream (fictional example)TARGETcustomers.myplaylink.comTTLAuto / DefaultFor an actual connection, copy the Name / Host and Target displayed in Account → Settings for YOUR connected domain. They must match your DNS zone; some providers require the full hostname rather than just the prefix. The Target is a My Play Link destination, not stream.artistname.com.
Do not change your nameservers, root domain or email/MX records. If your chosen subdomain already has an A, AAAA or CNAME record, review that record before replacing it. Some providers require the full hostname rather than the short label.
Open Account Settings →No. You can start building without signing up. My Play Link asks you to verify your email when you are ready to save and publish.
No. It's for artists, streamers, gamers, and other creators. Share music platforms, Twitch or Kick streams, Discord communities, social profiles, tickets, merch, and other custom destinations in one place.
Yes. In Create or Edit, press and hold the drag handle (⋮⋮) on a destination, then move it up or down. Use the ON/OFF control to hide a destination without deleting it, and tap Save Changes to keep your edits.
The Builder and My Links Preview show the mobile presentation. Open Link opens the published Smart Link, which automatically uses the appropriate layout for desktop or mobile screens.
Check your email address and spam folder. Allow a little time for delivery. You can request a new code after at least 60 seconds; each code expires after 10 minutes, and additional sending limits protect your account.
Analytics count outbound clicks from your Smart Link to destinations such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, tickets, merch, and other links. My Play Link does not claim that an outbound click became a stream or play.
Pro includes one custom subdomain connection, one Meta Pixel connection, Verification Badge, Advanced Analytics, and discreet Powered by My Play Link branding.
No. You keep ownership of your domain and manage it with your current domain or DNS provider. My Play Link only connects one subdomain that you already own.
Open Account → Settings → Custom Subdomain and click the five-step setup guide. Connect your full subdomain, add a CNAME record at your DNS provider using the displayed NAME and TARGET, save it, then return to Check Status. View the full illustrated setup checklist above.
Confirm that the CNAME host and target exactly match what is shown under Account → Settings. Check for a conflicting record at that same subdomain. DNS and SSL activation can take time. Do not change your primary website's root DNS records just to connect My Play Link.
It lets your existing Smart Links open on a subdomain you own, such as music.artist.com, while the original myplaylink.com version stays available.
If the DNS record still points to My Play Link, requests are redirected to the matching free myplaylink.com Smart Link. Your original My Play Link URL stays active unless you delete the link.
Your Pro settings remain with your account. If your custom-domain DNS still points correctly, it can be used again after Pro access is restored.
That custom-domain address will stop reaching My Play Link because the domain no longer points to the service. Your original myplaylink.com Smart Link remains available unless you delete it.
When enabled by a Pro user, My Play Link can send a PageView plus destination-click events such as SpotifyClick, AppleMusicClick, YouTubeClick, TicketClick, and MerchClick to that user's Pixel.
Open Account → Manage billing. Stripe's secure Customer Portal lets you update your payment method, view invoice history, and cancel your subscription.
Open the link in Edit mode and use the Danger Zone at the bottom. Deleting a Smart Link removes that link and its stored cover from My Play Link.
